Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products (including items made to order or customized at the customer’s request)

  • Digital products, including downloadable journals, planners, calendars, card decks, or digital content

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.


 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
